For a CV Rewrite: your current CV (any format) and your target role or industry. For a LinkedIn Overhaul: your LinkedIn profile URL or a PDF export. For a Cover Letter: the job advert and your CV. We will ask for anything else we need during our WhatsApp chat.
All services are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. If you have an urgent deadline, message us on WhatsApp first — we accommodate urgent requests where possible and will be upfront if we can't.

1. Service Delivery
All services are delivered within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Documents are delivered via email. Our working hours are 6:30am to 10pm. Orders placed outside working hours will be attended to on the next business day.
2. Revisions
The Essentials and Full Profile packages include 2 rounds of revisions. The Career Kit includes 5 rounds of revisions. All revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your documents. Revisions cover adjustments and improvements to existing content and do not include complete rewrites based on entirely new information provided after delivery.
3. Payment
All clients pay securely via PayFast — South Africa's leading online payment platform. We accept credit card, debit card, EFT, Instant EFT, and SnapScan. A payment link is sent to you via WhatsApp or email after your order is confirmed. Work begins as soon as payment is confirmed by PayFast. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). International clients may also pay via PayFast using a credit or debit card.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued once work has been delivered. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, revision rounds as per your package will be used to address your concerns. If work has not yet been started, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation by contacting us on WhatsApp.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and up to date information for us to work with. Launchpad is not responsible for the outcome of job applications. We optimise your documents to the highest standard but cannot guarantee job offers, interviews or any specific results. The quality of the final product depends in part on the information provided by the client.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information, CV content and career details shared with Launchpad are kept strictly confidential. We do not share your information with any third parties. Emails collected through our free tools may be used to send relevant tips, updates and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Free Tools
